Reporting & Supervision

As PRC develops, the program will establish clear reporting and supervision requirements consistent with community corrections standards. These will include:

  • A regular reporting schedule tailored to the participant’s program level and needs,

  • Mandated supervision hours as determined by court order or referral, and

  • Compliance monitoring through attendance tracking, service verification, and random testing.

These structures balance accountability with compassion, ensuring participants are both supported and responsible.

Eligibility

PRC will serve non-violent offenders and voluntary participants who:

  • Seek an alternative to incarceration or a structured recovery path,

  • Have substance-related or behavioral challenges that can be addressed in a community setting,

  • Demonstrate willingness to engage in positive change and personal accountability.

Those with violent or weapon-related offenses will not be eligible for participation.

Program Development Overview

PRC is preparing to implement a structured intake and supervision model that meets community corrections standards while promoting long-term recovery and reintegration. Participants will progress through levels of need determined by an intake assessment, gaining independence as they demonstrate accountability and growth.

The program will include:

  • Intake & Assessment – Each participant begins with an individualized assessment to identify personal goals and areas of need.

  • Structured Levels of Progress – PRC is developing a phased model where participants move through increasing levels of accountability and independence.

  • Recovery Meetings – Participants take part in group recovery sessions designed to promote personal responsibility and peer support.

  • Workforce Training & Community Service – On-site and local opportunities help participants develop job skills and contribute meaningfully to their community.

  • Accountability Measures – Random drug and alcohol testing, regular supervision check-ins, and progress evaluations ensure responsibility and safety.

  • Holistic Support – PRC partners with local organizations to address emotional, educational, and social needs for lasting recovery.
